Il suo commento: My only issue was that our room was advertised as a sea view and it was blocked by a building. The first thing I saw from the balcony was the roof of the building. It looked as though all of the other rooms had an unobstructed view. I paid for an ocean view and I left feeling not so good about the room we stayed in. I was offered the possibility of another room on the third night but by that time all of my luggage was put away and it would have been a big hassle to move.

Il suo commento: We had a fantastic stay over our wedding. We enjoyed the facilities including pool, seaside, spa and restaurant and all were lovely. The concierge made a fantastic effort to prepare our room for our wedding night which was greatly appreciated and made it really special. We would highly recommend, and will be back for our anniversary :)

Il suo commento: Accueil très chaleureux de l’ensemble du personnel. C’est le point fort
Très bon ensemble mais quelques détails peuvent être améliorés.
Le train peut parfois être gênant.
Les soirées de mariage font du bruit le soir et nous empêchent de profiter entièrement de l’hôtel (2 soirs sur 7 c’est beaucoup trop)
Entretien de la terrasse en bois de la piscine à l’huile de lin, odeur désagréable pendant le repas et on nous pousse hors de la piscine dès 17h30 alors qu’on peut y rester jusqu’à 19h
Chambre devrait être plus moderne.

I wish to say that Salvo Lentini your Bar Manager was so friendly, professional and warm hearted. As well as the team from the bar restaurant, Sanny, Alberto, Frederica and the pool team Giuseppe. Il suo commento: The Atlantis Bay Hotel was one of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. It is nestled into a mountainside with the most spectacular view. We enjoyed our terrace every evening. The staff was courteous and very friendly. The restaurant also had a beautiful view and offered a great menu. I highly recommend this resort!

Il suo commento: Loved the staff - they made our stay! The position is wonderful! Breakfast view was so lovely and food delicious!
The only issue was the noise from the weddings but the staff did their best to move our room for one night. We were there for 5 nights. We really preferred our first room but needed to have some quiet.

Turn down service and extensive breakfast were perks. Truly a delight! I would definitely recommend this to others and it would be my first choice when we return.

très bel établissement avec une situation exceptionnelle;
nous avons passé un excellent séjour;
le moins le jeudi 7 juin nous avons commencé à être envahi par des personnes qui venaient pour un congrès,
et le vendredi les espaces, bar, plage, restaurant de plage, étaient réservé à ce congrès……
sans tenir compte de la gène que cela nous procurait..

I don't think I have had such a wonderful view from my bedroom/balcony in any hotel I have stayed in, anywhere in the world.
The staff are superb; the service excellent.
Before leaving, we booked the same rooms for next year. I can't wait to return!

Only one complaint about the attitude of restaurant staff at breakfast who were reluctant to provide us with a table outside due to the weather but we got the impression it was simply they didn t want to bother. Lacking customer service here shame Otherwise an enjoyable stay and will return.

Il suo commento: This is one of May favourite hotels - not just in Taormina, but anywhere I have travelled.
I have stayed there for three consecutive years - and have already booked for next year.
My only criticism (this year) would be that the poolside lunch-menu should include a simple pasta dish. It always used to, and its removal this year was a disappointment. I like to have the occasional whole day poolside, or by the sea. I am not comfortable going to the restaurant in damp swimming trunks!

Il suo commento: Idéalement situe au bord de l'eau dans une jolie crique, a l'abri du tumulte du centre ville (ce qui n'exclut pas des passages ferroviaires juste derrière l'hôtel et, pour notre cas, une fête nocturne de l'autre côté de la baie bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit). Buffet de petit déjeuner abondant. Il est très facile d'accéder au centre par un téléphérique a 5mn de l'hôtel. Notre passage nous aura laissé, au final, un bon souvenir.

Il suo commento: The proof of this being by far our favourite hotel in Taormina is that we keep returning. There is nothing I can think of that could make it better - except (and it is only a small point) it is our taste that the live music need not be so loud.
Everything about the Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay is superb - location, beach, large swimming pool, restaurant, rooms (with fabulous view), and of course the wonderful staff who make us feel so welcome. We will be back next summer!

Il suo commento: This, for me, is the perfect Taormina hotel. It combines the sea-front activites (plus a large, heated, salt-water swimming pool) with easy access on the furnicular to Taormina centre. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful.
I am returning to the Atlantis Bay Hotel for another 2 wees in 2015.
